A
new season brings new events and one of the hottest things to happen to Seattle
Grace, intern Cristina Yang and resident Preston Burke plan to get married but
Cristina backs out at the alter ending the relationship between the two in
shambles. And Meredith recovers from the accident that ended the third season
plus she discovers a life changing moment; learning about her half Sister Lexi
Grey.
Meredith
has been the only child all her life; her mother was focused on her job while
her father left them after Ellis Grey (mother) had an affair with Richard
Webber. Meredith’s father started a new life without remaining in his first
daughter’s life. He completely forgot about her and that hatred for him grew
stronger as she grew up and matured. Now to find out that the newest intern is
her half-sister is killing her and urges to meet her father face to face to
have it out.
Between
the original interns George and Izzie their chemistry is put to the test during
the duration of the season. Feelings are revealed in private with Izzie and
Meredith but due to Meredith’s astonishment she reveals the secret within
second of hearing Izzie out.
Another
personal incident occurs with the Chief of Surgery, Richard Webber. Being the
Chief is not what it looks like; in the show he deals with the high clientele
care and urgent situations, manages the hospital’s budget, and schedules the
surgeries for each surgeon and intern. He now faces a wife who is irritated
about the amount of hours he invests in his job rather than his wife. These
personal relations are starting to interfere with the hospital’s work ethic but
this is what makes the season and the whole series interesting the medical
aspect is intriguing but the drama is an extra bonus.
